When customers place an order on acegamerclub.com. AceGamer will ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 5-7 business days to allow for processing time.
About Delivery
Our delivery time consists of two parts
- Order product packaging time:
After receiving an order from https://acegamerclub.com/, we need to select the product ordered by the customer from the warehouse, check the product quality, and finally pack it for logistics delivery.
- Shipping time:
After the products ordered by the customer are sent from the warehouse, these products will be transported by sea, land, or air. The delivery time is depends on the selected transportation method.
Regarding the fees, we have prepaid the customs duties, and generally, no additional fees will be incurred.

Delivery Address
A complete, correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it won’t be able for us to change the shipping address. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly. To change or cancel the order, please email support@acegamerclub.com within 24 hours after order is placed.
Lost/Damage Packages Due To Shipping
If any item is lost or arrives damaged due to shipping, please snap some photos of the damage to the box and contact us at support@acegamerclub.com within 7 working days of delivery for a replacement.

We try to ensure that all your items arrive at the same time. Sometimes, our products are not always sent together, because different shipping methods may be used and stock of products may not be available, need to ship from another warehouse, depending on the product.
