AceGamer values our customers and is committed to providing an immediate warranty with a hassle-free approach.

Below are some terms and conditions for returns and exchanges of our products.

 

Carefree promise

The Hassle-Free Guarantee means you can return your item to us within 30 days of receipt. Sign up as a member to enjoy a 6-month warranty. Sign up here.


Return policy

1. AceGamer is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you're not satisfied for any reason, you'll get a new replacement within 30 days of delivery (with a 6-month membership) and only pay $10 shipping!

2. We do not accept any returns after 30 days of shipment (6 months for members).

3. If you find that the item was damaged in transit after you received the package, please contact us at support@acegamerclub.com within 7 working days of receipt for a replacement.

4. Cancellation of an order

Order Shipped Cancellation Request: If you would like to cancel your order after it has shipped, please reject the package when it is shipped so that it will be automatically returned to us. We will issue a full refund once the package is returned to us.
Cancellation requests for non-shipped orders: If you would like to cancel an order immediately but it has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
* Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from https://acegamerclub.com.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Non-quality-related issues
  • Free products
  • Repairs through 3rd parties
  • Damage from outside sources
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)

Refund Process

AceGamer support will reply within one working day. 
After reaching an agreement, you will be given the required information (such as a refund address).
Return the products.
After the goods are received, AceGamer will arrange a refund within 3 working days.
 

Notes

Items should be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.
Returns must include all accessories;
Items must include original packaging;
For warranty claims not related to product quality, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs;
For warranty claims related to product quality, please attach video or picture for a faster service;
If the product does not meet the requirements above, the return request may be rejected.
