At AceGamer, we’re committed to your satisfaction and offer a hassle-free warranty experience. Below are the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging our products.

 

Carefree Promise

The Hassle-Free Guarantee means you can return your item to us within 30 days of receipt. Sign up as a member to enjoy a 1-Year warranty. Sign up here

 

Returns & Exchanges 

  1. At AceGamer, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery . Need a replacement? We'll ship it for just $10!
  2. If your items are damaged, defective or incomplete, please contact us at support@acegamerclub.com within 7 working days of receipt for a replacement.
  3. We do not accept any returns after 30 days of receipt .

 

Return Process

  • Email us at support@acegamerclub.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
  • You will need to provide the following information: Order Number, Item(s) and quantity you wish to return, Reason for the return. (please provide pictures and videos of the damaged or incorrect item).
  • Upon approval, you will receive the return address where you can mail the returning product.
  • Please package up the item(s) and the items should be returned with the original packing.
  • Most returns are processed within 3 business days after we receive your package.

 

Return Conditions

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

  • Items must be new, unused, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.
  • Returns must include all accessories.
  • Items must include original packaging.
  • For warranty claims not related to product quality, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • For warranty claims related to product quality, please attach video or picture for a faster service.
  • If the product does not meet the requirements above, the return request may be rejected.

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 3 working days. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

Please Note: Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from https://acegamerclub.com.

 

Order Cancellation

  1. You can cancel your order before it ships. If you've already paid and need to make cancel, just email us at support@acegamerclub.com within 24 hours. We’ll cancel it and process a full refund immediately.
  2. If you wish to cancel after your order has shipped, just refuse the delivery. Once the package is returned to us, we’ll process a full refund promptly.

 

Exclusions for Warranty:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Non-quality-related issues
  • Free products
  • Repairs through 3rd parties
  • Damage from outside sources
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)

 

Shipping Cost & Relisting Fee

  • Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, if there is no product quality problem, due to the customer’s personal reasons, such as dislike/choose the wrong color/choose the wrong model…
  • AceGamer will cover return shipping if the product is defective, damaged, missing items, or if you received the wrong item.
  • We do not charge relisting fees.
