The shipping will be made with 4PX/Yun Express and Other Standard Shipping.

 

Delivery Address

A complete and accurate delivery address is essential to ensure smooth shipping. Once your order is processed or shipped, we’re unable to change the address. To redirect your parcel, please contact the courier directly with your order details.

 

Change or Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it ships. If you've already paid and need to make changes or cancel, just email us at support@acegamerclub.com within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel after your order has shipped, please refuse the delivery. Once the package is returned to us, we’ll process a full refund promptly.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages during Shipping

We’ve got your back! If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during shipping, AceGamer will make it right. Contact us at support@acegamerclub.com within 7 working days of delivery for a replacement. Be sure to keep all original packaging and damaged items to help us process your claim quickly.

 

Wrong or Damaged Packages

Check your order as soon as it arrives—if you receive the wrong item, something's missing, or there's any damage, reach out to us right away at support@acegamerclub.com. We’ll sort it out quickly and make things right!

 

Unclaimed orders

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address.

 

Separate Packages

We do our best to ship all your items together, but sometimes they may arrive separately. This can happen due to different shipping methods or when items are stocked in different warehouses. So your order may come in multiple packages!

 

Customs, Duties & Fees

Please note that any taxes, duties, or remittance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Your package may be subject to local customs or VAT depending on your country’s regulations. For details, we recommend checking with your local customs office. In most cases, any fees are minimal. Thanks for your understanding!
